Sushi @ Douza
Last night a friend a I dined at Douzo a “modern Japanese restaurant and lounge”. This is the second time we had Sushi there and it was fabulous both times.
The service is friendly and professional. The background music both times we went was a mix of 90′s House; a perfect, upbeat and groove enabling tempo for chat and chomping. Prices can be on the high side of Sushi restaurants I’ve eaten at before (including Tokyo) but the food is squeaky clean: you know you are eating professionally prepared raw fish.
Bonus?
We were going to skip over to Finale in the rain for dessert but, a woman in the table next to us recommended we stay at Douza and try the Chocolate Lava cake. We did and it was a perfect chocolatey yumminess.
