Joanne Herman has an excellent article on the current macro state of insurance coverage for transgender men and women. Its well worth pulling up the post to have a read over your morning coffee.
clearly, her article is at the 50,000 foot level since I know, and likely many of my readers know, firms that generously cover all necessary care. They see value in their trangender employees and support them accordingly.
