U.S. House and Senate repeal "Don't Ask Don't Tell"

It might be the biggest story this weekend and it’s a great way to end 2010 for LGBT people. In a historic vote, the U.S. Senate went ahead and repealed “Dont’ Ask Don’t Tell” so that LGB people can more openly serve in the military.

One of the most interesting facts is that our Massachusetts Senator, Scott Brown, voted for this repeal.   He has some concerns (that frankly appear valid), but to me, Senator Brown’s move here says to me that he continues to be a servant of the people of Massachusetts and not a cookie-cutter follower of his party.
