I must have landed on the same strategy for coming down from First Event, since I’ve already done 3 of these and I’ll do the 4th at lobby day on Thursday.

I’ve got a fifth action that works great for me (though not as inspiring) – do something you love doing. I took my son skiing today which left no time to dwell on the transition back from FE.
